"Our own show, here at Hof Waterkant – should we really start something new during these times? Could this really be happening?"

We both asked ourselves this question, thinking about Christoph’s vision of organizing our own CSI.

YES -this is actually happening because in every new beginning there is a chance for something amazing to happen. We are athletes and entrepreneurs, we know the situation well enough to ask ourselves if we should do it or not. We consider this like somewhat of a T-crossing: You can’t continue straight forward but there are new options to the left and to the right. All you have to do is being courageous enough to follow these new paths

We will be hosting the CSI Hof Waterkant from the 1st until the 4th of July 2021.

There will be competitions for young horses and young riders as well as competitions for national and international show jumpers. And the big chance for all those who still have to qualify for the European Championships 2021 in Riesenbeck or for the World Championships 2022 in Herning: Our Grand Prix on Sunday which counts as qualification. A special highlight!

Familiar - with international flair. "Holsteiner tradition" - with a touch of the cosmopolitan city Hamburg! It is a beginning and a signpost for the future

We are looking forward to it!

Janne & Christoph

"Mercedes-Benz and equestrian sport - that has always been a strong connection, especially here in the north of Germany. We are very pleased that we can now expand this further thanks to our partnership with Hof Waterkant. We'll be there!"

Matthias Kallis, Mercedes-Benz Hamburg
